Belgium international Eden Hazard has been in great form for the West London outfit Chelsea since the start of the season.

He has been busy making an impact and influencing the good results of his side by either scoring goals or providing assists for the team.

This has placed him in the league of other top players and that is a major reason why he is needed by some top European teams including Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid and French Ligue 1 side Paris Saint Germain.

Meanwhile, a stat by WHOSCORED has revealed that Eden Hazard is just steps away from beating the record set by La Liga giants Barcelona star Lionel Messi in Europe this season.

The stat reveals that Jadon Sancho of Borussia Dortmund has got the highest assists in Europe so far this season and he is being followed by Lionel Messi with Eden Hazard next on the call.

While Jadon Sancho has got 13 assists for his Bundesliga outfit, Lionel Messi has got 12 while Eden Hazard has got 11.

However, with two more assists, just like he did against Cardiff will ensure he beats Lionel Messi and heads to hit the records before the end of the season.
