Solskjaer Defends LVG ‘Park The Bus’ Claims

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has turned down recent notion that he has adopted a defensive style at Old Trafford.
His Manchester United teams have been accused of parking the bus by one of their former managers.
According to ex-Red Devils boss Louis Van Gaal (LVG), Solskjaer has adopted a defensive style that’s similar to what was obtainable under immediate past manager Jose Mourinho.
Portuguese tactician Mourinho suffered intense criticism while he was the Manchester United manager before he lost his job in December when results were not improving.
Van Gaal said that both Solskjaer and Mourinho have the same defensive style at Old Trafford but the difference is that one has been winning games while the other was losing games.
Former club striker Solskjaer replaced Mourinho temporarily at the end of last year before his position was elevated to permanent manager last week after leading Manchester United out of their poor form under Jose Mourinho.
In his reaction to the statement from LVG, Solskjaer defended his approach before adding that what matters is that you attack when you have the ball.
Solskjaer added that LVG probably watched the PSG game in the Champions League and that he didn’t have much options against the French champions.
