2015/16 Premier League champions Leicester City are said to be eyeing a permanent move for one of their players ahead of this summer’s transfer window
Belgian international Youri Tielemans has impressed a great deal since joining the club during the January transfer window.
The 21-year-old was linked with a loan move to North London giants Arsenal before joining the Foxes.
Leicester City signed him on a short-term loan deal from French Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco with the option of making the transfer a permanent one this summer.
Youri Tielemans has scored one goal and also provided two assists in his six games for Leicester City.
The Foxes want to sign the young midfielder before the bigger Premier League sides beat them to it.
Premier League giants like Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in the Belgian player.
According to the publication from popular British radio TalkSport, Leicester City are already plotting a £40m move for the aforementioned Tielemans in a bid to sign him ahead of both the Red Devils and Spurs.
He was one of the shining lights for AS Monaco as they battled relegation in the top flight of French football before he signed for Leicester City during the winter transfer window.
