Three Things That Has Got Sadio Mane Ticking At Liverpool Since His Arrival

The Senegalese talent has been the impact player Liverpool needed in the past year as the Reds lacked some level of quality on the pitch as at then.
I could recall when Fernando Torres was advising the clubs to sign more quality in behind the attack to compliment his partnership with Liverpool’ skipper Steven Gerrard.
This was needed as the Reds struggled in transition especially in the departure of Spanish midfield player Xabi Alonso.
However, Mane signing has been an interesting experience for the Anfield folks as we have seen repeatedly this season. The player has been a delight and a positive acquisition for many reasons since his move to the Premier League.
Jurgen Klopp will be pleased with the player as he continues to flourish in the Reds attack.
On this note, we evaluate why Liverpool’s attacker has been a joy to watch in Jurgen Klopp’s attacking set-up.
His arrival in the box
The player has got an impressive positioning in the box. This is what he’s matched with his pace and dribbling runs as he was at the right place at the right time to score within 6 minutes of play against Fulham.
The same case was seen when he superbly controlled the ball inside the box scoring with the back-heel against Burnley as he timed his run (arrival) to great effect for Liverpool.
His partnership with Mo Salah
The African duo (Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah) have combined expressly this season to down a couple of opposition. This was seen when the Senegalese forward scored with a header off the foot of Mohamed Salah.
It’s an exquisite pass from the Egyptian as it came outside the side of his boot to pick out Mane who did the rest to nod home against Neuer in goal.
This has happened countless times this term as Sadio Mane continues to enjoy this superb (partnership) relationship with Salah on the pitch.
His Goal-scoring exploits
The player had scored impressively double digits in the Premier League as he continues to do the needful for Jurgen Klopp’s side.
His goal scoring form is appreciable on all standards as he scored even more than centre forward like Olivier Giroud (a hat-trick against Dynamo Kiev) and Alexander Lacazette in the process.
This has seen him hit the headlines as his superb showing in transition and goal scoring ability gives Liverpool enough boosts ahead of the remaining matches this season.
