The Anfield will officially host the Premier League trophy on Saturday as its first stop for a tour that will enable the Reds’ fans have a look and take pictures of the prize gift they expect the Jurgen Klopp team to celebrate at the end of the season.
The Premier League title race is now a two-team affair with the Reds and Man City battling to land it at the end of the season. The Pep Guardiola team are currently favourites to land the title at the end of the season ahead of the Jurgen Klopp team.
The Merseyside outfit are currently top in the Premier League table ahead of the Citizens but the Pep Guardiola side have got a game at hand to boast of as a weapon to edge Liverpool on the long run.
However, it has been confirmed that the official Coca-Cola Premier League trophy tour bus will be touching the Merseyside on March 24, between the hours of 10am and 6pm.
Meanwhile, clubs are currently on international break and will have to await till the end before the contest for the league title kick-starts again with the Reds team hoping they can end their 29-year EPL title drought.
