Chelsea star Ruben Loftus-Cheek is one player that has been able to make an impact in the Blues team but for the injuries he has had in the course of the season, he has not been consistent and is failing to deliver his best.

This is the reason why he has held the wish to be injury free and positive mentally so as to end the season stronger than he started with just 8 league games to go.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek almost pushed for a move away from the West London outfit but it did not work out as a result of his lack of playing time which is the reason why staying strong and mentally fit is key for him.

So far this season, he has had a fair share of his own with 29 games across all competitions, in addition to two appearances for the English national team.

He, therefore, confessed to have endured a very difficult season as a result of the injuries but said it is important for him to remain strong until the end.

However, Ruben Loftus-Cheek said he now feels good and better to play and help his side as they wrap up the season with an intense challenge for the top-four finish and the Europa League.
