Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has demanded a fast start from his team ahead of the huge Premier League clash with rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday.

The ex-Red Devils striker wants his team to play on the front foot against Liverpool right from the blast of the whistle.

Solskjaer talked about the style to adopt for the Reds game in his pre-match thoughts ahead of the game which could be pivotal to the season of both teams.

The Norwegian tactician is yet to taste defeat on the domestic front since his appointment as the interim Manchester United manager in December.

He has won eight games and drawn the other one from the nine matches managed in the Premier League since he replaced Mourinho who was sacked after a disastrous start to the season.

Manchester United have the longest unbeaten run in the league and that impressive form has propelled them into the top four ahead of rivals Arsenal and Chelsea.

A win over Liverpool will cement their spot in the Premier League top four and also dent the Reds’ title ambitions.

Liverpool are level on points with title rivals and league leaders Manchester City at the top of the table and they can move ahead with at least a point against Manchester United.
