The spirit is high for English Premier League outfit Manchester City at the moment as they have finally had their way into returning back to the top of the Premier League table after the 2-0 defeat of Everton.

However, the Pep Guardiola side will be having a major test again against West London outfit Chelsea which is likely to determine the shape of the league table again.

A win for the defending champions will ensure they further keep hold of the top spot while a defeat for Chelsea will be a big risk of losing out of the fourth position for Man United.

This is why Pep Guardiola thinks his side are at a disadvantage ahead of the game because his side would have played a game within the week why Chelsea had a week to rest.

The Spanish boss noted that the game is a crucial one for his side because winning a three point will mean a lot to their chase of the league title.

While expressing his frustration at the schedules, the Spanish boss stated that his side have got a number of competitions to play and that is why they need to be considered by the authorities for fixtures.
