English Premier League outfit Chelsea are understood to have lost of out of the race to secure the signature of Hamburg youngster Jann-Fiete Arp, according to reports from Bild.
The report claims that German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich have already agreed on a deal to sign the youngster with paper works already in place ahead of an official announcement.
According to reports what is left in the deal for Jann-Fiete Arp is to determine if he would join Bayern Munich in the coming summer window or will wait until 2022.
This is as it has been suggested that there is a need for Jann-Fiete Arp to continue his development and progress with a first team football which cannot be handed to him at the German outfit at the moment.
Jann-Fiete Arp has been tipped to be the new Harry Kane with his owners receiving the sum of £2 million for the striker.
This means that the West London outfit Chelsea have also lost out of the race for Jann-Fiete Arp and will have to look elsewhere.
However, the Blues are looking forward to building a youth team that will help them secure a future for the club by spending less on talents.
