Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker is one of the few Liverpool players who is finding it difficult to accept the drop in points by the team after all of the efforts from the start of the season.
Within a week, Liverpool drew two games consecutively, thereby losing four points to make the title race wide open and that is unacceptable to the former AS Roma stopper.
Alisson Becker explained that his side failed to win the last game because they made “silly passes” which they were not known for and most importantly, they lost confidence at a point in the game.
He noted that his side started well but at a point, they could not hold on as because they dropped in their confidence level which their opponents capitalized on.
It would be recalled that Senegal international forward Sadio Made had scored the opening goal for Liverpool but there were careless enough to allow Michail Antonio level the game until the final whistle.
However, the race has been blown open with Man City standing a big chance to take over from the Reds but Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is positive that his side can still win the league title despite the poor results.
