Liverpool striker and Nigerian international Taiwo Awoniyi has completed talks for another loan move to Belgian side Royal Excel Mouscorn with the player expected to report to the club in coming days.
This was disclosed on the official website of the Reds after hints that he would be withdrawn from the loan deal at AA Gent as a result of his fall out with the new manager which was difficult for his side to bear.
However, Taiwo Awoniyi is not new to Royal Excel Mouscorn as he had spent the 2017/2018 season there where he scored a total of 11 goals.
Meanwhile, a number of Liverpool players are still expected to leave the club this winter window on a loan move as they are sure not to find a space in the Jurgen Klopp’s team this season.
This is evident in the fact that the Merseyside team have been eliminated from the various Cup competitions- FA Cup and Carabao Cup which would have been the only opportunity to feature younger players.
Howbeit, the Reds boss has his eyes on the English Premier League title as he is keen to win it for the first time in his about three years since joining the Anfield from the German Bundesliga side.
