FC Porto and Brazilian central defender Eder Militao has been tipped for a move to the English Premier League with Liverpool and Manchester United mentioned as his likely destination.
The both Premier League sides are desperate to land a new center back before the end of the current winter transfer window which leaves them to fight for his signature.
According to reports, Eder Militao is keen to return to Europe from FC Porto, having rejected offers from the Italian Serie A as wishes to play in the English League, having been linked with the EPL duo.
United’s former manager Jose Mourinho had made move s for the 20-year-old in the past but it failed to work out but the Red Devils are still keen to land him as they are yet to settle their defensive crisis.
On the other hand, the Premier League leaders are also dipped into defensive crisis, having lost three of their central defenders, leaving only former Southampton star Virgil Van Dijk.
However, both sides have been told they will have to pay the sum of £50 million which is the asking price for the player before they can land him as he is highly valued by his FC Porto side.
