Turkish topflight Kasimpasa are reported to have rejected a shock offer of £15 million submitted by English Premier League side Chelsea for their star striker Mbaye Diagne.

The West London side were understood to be planning to announce a shock deal as they made their offer secrete with the hope of sealing a deal for Mbaye Diagne this winter transfer window.

According to Millyet, the Turkish outfit have set an asking price of £30 million for the Senegal international and they will not be ready to bargain for anything less.

However, It is not clear if the West London side will return with an offer for Mbaye Diagne who has scored a total of 32 goals in total for his Turkish side, 20 of the goals were scored in his first season at the club, a year ago.

The Blues are desperate to secure new additions in the attack with Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud failing to deliver goals at the Stamford Bridge.

The former Real Madrid striker is also reported to be on a move away from the club with Sevilla reported to be interested in him, a development that will pave way for Mbaye Diagne should all happen as planned.
