Emerging reports hint that top target of the English Premier League leaders Liverpool and Toulouse ace Jean-Clair Todibo would be heading to the Spanish La Liga.
The report adds that Jean-Clair Todibo would be announced as a Barcelona player by next week should all things work as planned.
This remains a big blow to the Merseyside club who are bent on adding quality to their team so as to be able to scale through the second half of the season like the first.
Though he is 19-year-old, Jean-Clair Todibo has been able to win attention from top European sides owing to his quality and impressive performance with the 10 games under his belt this season.
However, Liverpool might not be moved with the development as manager Jurgen Klopp had hinted earlier that he is not desperate for the winter window and might end up not having an addition.
The German boss noted that he is happy with his squad strength at the moment which means there is no need for more additions in the team.
