It has been an end of the year full of big surprises with results not turning the way we expected them to be which makes the Crystal Palace clash against Chelsea one to watch.

The West London side will travel to Selhurst Park as a fourth-placed team in the league with the hope that they can maintain it after North London rivals Arsenal lost to league leaders Liverpool.

However, Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is expected to field a very strong team that will be able to hand him a big win and most importantly avoid a surprise like Tottenham.

Already, Sarri has made it clear that Spain international Pedro will not be handed any role in the game as a result of his hamstring injury he sustained with Hudson-Odoi also out with injury.

This therefore means that Ruben Loftus-Cheek can be given the nod from the right flank while Belgium international maintains his place down the centre to add with Olivier Giroud ahead of Alvaro Morata.

In the middle N’Golo Kante is no negotiation with Jorginjo while Ross Barkley could link up as well.
