Italian Serie A outfit AC Milan are reported to have joined English Premier League outfit Chelsea in the race for Mexico international Hirving Lozano in the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.

The PSV star who scored against Inter Milan in the Champions League group stage earlier this month has caught the attention of the other San Siro side and they are keen to land him in the coming January window.

Also, West London side have identified the 23-year-old as the best addition to the team in their bid for a Champions League qualification by finishing in the top four of the Premier League.

Hirving Lozano has been impressive for his side so far this season, having scored a total of 15 goals and eight assists in the 27 appearances under his belt this season.

The star winger has been tipped to do exploit in the Blues team with the likes of Willian and Pedro not giving in goals for the West London side as expected by manager Maurizio Sarri.

However, the decision will later be made the player should both sides meet with his asking price by the club who are willing to let him leave for the right price.
