It is no longer news that Chelsea star Eden Hazard has sought to part ways with the Blues at the end of the season after refusing to extend his stay at the club.

However, Chelsea star Mateo Kovacic confirmed where the attacking midfielder would be next season after claiming that Eden Hazard has begun preparation towards his move.
Kovacic confirmed that Hazard will be moving to the Bernabeu after claiming that the Belgium international has been seeking advice on life at Los Blancos so as to have his mindset.
