Reports according to The Times claim that the West London club Chelsea have already concluded to allow Brazilian defender David Luiz to leave the Stamford Bridge on a free at the end of the season.
The current contract of the former PSG star expires next summer and his request to go against Chelsea’s policy of handing just one year extension to players over 31 was denied.
David Luiz had told the club to hand him two years deal but the West London side denied which ensured he will be leaving the club as a free player at the end of the season and will not be sold in the coming winter transfer window.
The Brazilian international is a favourite of the Italian manager Maurizio Sarri in the Blues team having won his heart with great performance but their relationship at the club is feared to be near its end.
David Luiz is not the only player who will be leaving the Stamford Bridge soon as Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas is also insisting on a move away from the club as a result of his lack of playing time.
However, both Blues stars are not expected to run short of suitors because of their experience and exposure.
