English Premier League giants Liverpool are reported to be leading in the race for the signature of Red Bull Salzburg striker Munas Dabbur ahead of the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.
The Reds side are keen on his signature as they hope to have more options in their attack to be able to keep up with the race for the English Premier League title.
Also, the Merseyside club seem to be preparing for the departure of Origi and Sturridge who are both pushing for a move away from the Anfield as a result of their lack of playing time.
Munas Dabbur has been impressive so far this season which makes him the best fit, having caught the attention of the Reds side with manager Jurgen Klopp keen to have him join Anfield in the second half of the season.
The Israel international has had a total of 30 goals under his belt for his side and has scored 20 goals and one assist across all competitions.
However, Liverpool will have to meet with his release clause of £20 million before they can lure the 26-year-old to the English League but there are suggestions that the price would be met by the Anfield side.
