Italian Serie A giants AC Milan are reported to be lining up a bid for Liverpool attacking duo Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi ahead of the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks.

Reports according to Calcio Mercato hints that a move would be made for the two Reds star when the transfer window reopens as they are both pushing for a move away from the club.

Both Red stars have failed to secure regular playing time under manager Jurgen Klopp which makes them desperate for a way out and Milan are interested in handing them their wish as they seem to have lost out in their pursuit of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

However, it is yet unclear if the Reds side will let the duo leave the club in the January window as they would be in need of options it eh second half of the season.

Liverpool boss still sees Divock Origi as a very important member of his team after he helped secure a late winner against Everton in the Merseyside derby some weeks back.

Both players have shown big prospect in the past but have gone down the pecking order in the former Borussia Dortmund manager’s team.
