Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid seem anxious to have English Premier League side Chelsea star Eden Hazard join the club as they are reported to have made available his shirt number as well as a date for his presentation.

This is coming after the Belgium international made it clear that he would be leaving the West London club at the end of the season following months of speculations.

Since Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo left the Bernabeu in the summer to Italian Serie A side Juventus, Real Madrid have been making efforts to secure a replacement for the star player as his absence have been greatly missed.

Having identified Hazard as a good fit for the club, Chelsea were reluctant in letting him leave the club and they have made several attempts to discourage the Spanish side from doing any deal for the Belgium man.

However, the efforts of Hazard coming clear to state that he will be leaving at the end of the season which is obviously good news for the Spanish side.

With latest report, Hazard will be handed shirt number 11 which is currently held by Gareth Bale as he would be the biggest signing of the club in recent time.
