West London side Chelsea are believed to be desperate to offload Andrea Christensen who has been a flop at the Stamford Bridge so far this season.

The situation has become more critical with Andrea Christensen’s father and agent threatening to withdraw the Danish star from the club as they are unhappy with his lack of playing time.

Andrea Christensen’s father seem not to accept the fact that his son has lost his form but holds the opinion that he is not favoured under new manager Maurizio Sarri knowing that he was one of the best at the heart of the Chelsea defence when Antonio Conte was in charge last season.

The Blues were earlier reported to be seeking a move deal for the player to the Italian Serie A but that will no longer be the case as he is expected to have a permanent switch away from the club.

Chelsea have now got David Luz and Antonio Rudiger as their first choice at the defence as favoured by the former Napoli boss.

However, the West London side are already in the market in search of a new defender who could replace the Danish star having given up on keeping him at the club.
