Chelsea target and AC Milan forward Suso has stated that he wishes to remain in the Italian Serie A and not move away despite interest coming from the West London club.
According to Suso, his reason for his decision is to remain to be able to help his Milan side secure a ticket to the Champions League next year.
Chelsea have been monitoring the Spain international for months with the hope of sealing a deal in the winter transfer window which reopens in coming weeks as they are reported to be preparing a bid to launch against the New Year.
The AC Milan forward started the season with an impressive performance and that has not stopped which is the reason why he caught the attention of the Blues boss Maurizio Sarri who is keen and ready to break the bank for the forward but there is no doubt that he will have to look elsewhere or wait until the player is ready for a transfer.
The former Liverpool forward joined the Italian giants for £3 million in 2015 but his asking price has risen to the top as he now has a release clause of £45 million which the Stamford Bridge side are ready to meet.
