Moussa Sissoko, agent of Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele has reacted to claims that his player is pushing for a move to Liverpool as a result of the rift he has the club’s management.
It was earlier reported that Dembele had a bust-up with the Barcelona management and had missed training in order to push for a move away from the club amidst interest from the Reds.
This forced Spanish defender Gerard Pique into advising the player not to give a negative attitude to the club officials because of what the implication might be in the future.
However, agent Moussa Sissoko dismissed all of the reports of rift as he stated that his player is staying at the Camp Nou as a Barcelona player for a longer period of time.
Moussa Sissoko stated that is player has been working hard at the club which has earned him a call to the national team which clearly defines the true situation of the player instead of the media reports.
The agent also confirmed making calls to the club’s chief and former player Eric Abidal who made it clear that he was happy with Dembele which makes him wonder where reports of rift emanate from.
