Ex-Arsenal Player Backs Gunners For Fourth Spot Ahead Of Tottenham

Footballer turned pundit Charlie Nicholas is backing Arsenal to pip North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur to fourth spot at the end of this Premier League season.
The former Arsenal player tipped the Gunners to secure the final Champions League spot ahead of their rivals while he was on Sky Sports via thesportwitness.
According to him, Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino will fall short of the requirements for next season’s Champions League due to the lack of new signings at the club.
Tottenham made history in the summer as the first club to go through the summer’s transfer window without making any signing since it was introduced over a decade ago.
Arsenal have been enjoying a return to form under new manager Unai Emery who replaced Frenchman Arsene Wenger in the summer.
Wenger had resigned at the end of last season after almost 22 years at the club.
Under him, Arsenal stopped making progress with fifth and sixth Premier League positions in the last two seasons.
That has changed under Spanish tactician Unai Emery whose reign started with two successive league defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea.
Arsenal have recovered from the aforementioned defeats under his guidance.
The Gunners have won seven and drawn one of the last eight Premier League games.
