Liverpool are currently second in the Premier League table with 26 points in 10 games, same with league leaders Manchester City who are only advantaged by goal difference.

The Reds manager Jurgen Klopp is having his 3rd year at the Anfield and has come close to winning trophies but that has not happened yet. He has been backed the club’s former winger Mark Walters to break the deadlock this season.

Giving reasons for his stand, Walters stated that the German manager has got the squad to win the league by the end of the season, not minding what the table says at the moment.

According to him, Klopp has made exciting recruitments this season which makes the team interesting to watch because they now look solid in addition to playing good football.

He noted that the Reds have started very well which to him is important to be able to lay claim on the title as long as the progress continues in the team.

Walters highlighted the Reds attack which to him is difficult to stop by anyone at the moment.

Liverpool are unbeaten at so far in the Premier League after 10 games and have earned 26 points as they prepare for another big test against Arsenal at the weekend.
