North London giants Arsenal are reportedly in a three-way fight for Brazilian winger Malcom ahead of the upcoming transfer window in January.

The report from Spanish media outlet Sport claims that the 21-year-old has found playing opportunities hard to come by at Spanish champions Barcelona and that he’s not short of suitors.

Barcelona signed Malcom from French Ligue 1 side Bordeaux in the summer in a €41m deal as an alternative for Chelsea winger Willian after the Nou Camp giants were prized out of a move for the former Shakhtar Donetsk star.

Malcom was on the verge of joining Italian capital club AS Roma before the Spanish champions hijacked the move for the former Corinthians FC of Brazil star.

Since signing for Barcelona from Bordeaux in the summer, Malcom has played just 25 minutes of competitive football for his new club.

He’s further down in the pecking order behind France World Cup winner Ousmane Dembele and compatriot Philippe Coutinho.

The aforementioned report from Sport claims that three clubs namely Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Italian giants Inter Milan are willing to offer him a lifeline and that it could take a bid of around €50m to prise him away from the Catalan outfit.
