Manchester United defender Eric Bailly could be on his way out of the club after getting frustrated with the treatment meted out to him by manager Jose Mourinho.
According to the report from the Daily Star, the Arsenal transfer target is fed up with life at Old Trafford and is seeking to leave the club ahead of the January transfer window.
The Ivorian international defender has fallen out of favour with Mourinho and has started just five of the Red Devils’ 11 games in all competitions.
In his last appearance for Manchester United against Newcastle United in a Premier League clash last weekend, Eric Bailly started but lasted for just 18 minutes with his side trailing 2-0 to goals from Kenedy and Yoshinori Muto.
Spanish playmaker Juan Manuel Mata replaced him and he scored one of the goals as Manchester United scored three second-half goals to secure a 3-2 victory and end a four-game winless run in all competitions.
Top four rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Eric Bailly but Manchester United could be reluctant to sell to a direct competition.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pocchettino is said to be a big fan of him and new Arsenal boss Unai Emery is also aware of his qualities from his time at Spanish La Liga side Villareal.
