Liverpool midfielder, Alex Oxlade Chamberlain is one of those recruits by Jurgen Klopp in 2017 that was criticized and not hoped on but turned out to be a very important and different player from what he used to be at his old club, Arsenal.
Sadly he was lost to a knee injury at the end of last season, becoming a big miss for the Reds.
There are concerns of what will become of the England international when he returns back from injury with the fans patiently anticipating his return.
The team’s captain, Jordan Henderson is one of those who still keep faith in the former Arsenal player, expressing confidence of a good comeback for his friend after rehabilitation.
Henderson is confident Chamberlain will return stronger and to his best. He is confident to say that the former Arsenal star will make it straight into the first team once he gets his rhythm.
He revealed that the player is progressing fast and good with his rehab but will be patient enough to have a complete healing.
Henderson said the England lad has a big role to play in the team and can’t be left out when he returns.
The former Gunners has got the technique and style needed to strive under manager Klopp and that is key in getting back into the team.
