PAOK 0 : 1 Chelsea: How Willian helped Sarri’s continued 100% winning form.

Chelsea continued their 100% winning run as Willian got the only goal against PAOK.

Maurizio Sarri’s men travelled to PAOK who already saw a win against Crete on Saturday ahead of the clash against Chelsea.

The early goal came in the 7th minute from a superb attack when Willian latched onto an excellent pass by Ross Barkley as he fired it low into the net.

a few minutes later, Alvaro Morata would have extended the lead with a shot that almost brushed the goal post, but his effort was abortive.

Why Pedro and Morata came close to scoring in the 39 minutes Alexandros Paschalakis denied their efforts with a superb save.

From the stat, Chelsea took the lion share of the possession, more shots on target, most corner kicks as they were completely dominant throughout with a slim lead.

A match bossed by Willian and Pedro, influenced by key passes from Jorginho and possessed by N’golo Kante without the help of Eden Hazard shows that the 59-year-old boss is a genius in his tactics.

Fabregas made his first start of the season under Maurizio Sarri after coming in to replace Jorginho ahead Ruben Loftus-Cheek who sat on the bench with Victor Moses.

The Blues will now travel to West Ham in a Stadium where they lost 1:0 last season under then manager Antonio Conte as they look to continue their winning form, while West Ham already got the first win for club manager Manuel Pellegrini against Everton last week.
