Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri was earlier interviewed concerning premier league legend John Terry’s return but he insisted that both are yet to discuss his return to the London club.
However, John Terry was interviewed in Chelsea’s app but it appears that the 37-year-old player is not yet ready to hang his boot as he still has more playing time to be added in his career.
Terry also added that he is planning to become a manager in the future, perhaps he’s learning a lot from the players he’s been playing with.
According to Terry:
“Still undecided what I’m doing next. My end game is to be a manager and that’s what I’m working towards with the younger boys here.”
John Terry left the exit door in June 2017 after making 717 appearances and lifted 16 trophies with the Blues. He joined Aston Villa afterwards and left after they failed to get promoted into the Premier League.
The Chelsea legend was reported to have rejected an offer from Russia side when Spartak Moscow came for his signature leaving so much room for his fans to be tentative about what he really wants.
John was still training hard after disappointing the Russian side as he keeps tab on a club that would best interest him.
“I was training every day. I wanted to stay fit in case something came along. I’m still waiting.”
According to the 59-year-old boss who said he is willing to have him back into the team, either as a player or as one of his coaching staffs.
Which club do you think John Terry wants to play for?
