What a quick transformation! Former Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri has made the mark at Chelsea after changing the already cultured defensive tactics to a cautious possessive footballing team.

Chelsea FC made an impressive start to the season after finding themselves behind league leaders, Liverpool on one goal difference.

Everyone is expecting the Blues to have a go when they welcome Cardiff City knowing fully well that Kepa Arrizabalaga would once again be part of the spectators.

Countless of accolades have been given to Sarri for his quick training that saw Chelsea adapt fast – which shows that the 59-year-old man who is always strict with his cigarettes is as well strict with his possessive tactics.

Former Liverpool and Real Madrid star Michael Owen was dazzled by what he has observed so far in North London.
According to Owen:

“Maurizio Sarri is certainly changing the way Chelsea approach their football and his refreshing attacking attitude is already making him a fans’ favourite at the Bridge.”

Before the start of the season, many would have predicted that the Blues would struggle and may not see Champions league spot.

Even though the league is just starting, we can see that Chelsea is also adapting to this new style positively which could as well bring the high hope of contesting for the title this season.

According to previous records so far, Chelsea have ended up winning the Premier League titles any time they won 4 successive matches at the beginning of the season.

Do you think Chelsea will be title favourite?
