It is a traditional method for the Blues to give chances to only matured and experienced players, sending young talents on loan while waiting for them to improve in other clubs before returning to Stamford Bridge.
This method, however, has seen Chelsea enjoyed having players like Thibaut Courtois and Christensen; but on a business perspective, Chelsea have lost credible players like Kelvin De Bruyne, Mo Salah and Romelu Lukaku in recent years.
Chelsea will have to take drastic measures of keeping young talents to avoid wanting to buy them in the future at an abused price.
The Blues still have players like Ethan Ampadu, Kennedy, Hudson Odoi including others as those who can carry Chelsea emblem and newly oriented possessive footballing style.
Sarri will, however, be cautious of how he would manage Ruben irrespective of the injury sustained even though Crystal Palace is still knocking on the door for his signature.
