German international Loris Karius reacts to most of the attention he’s getting from females in Turkey as he was ascribed a new nickname ‘Casanova’
Karius Joined Besiktas on a season-long loan deal from Liverpool which would later be permanent after two years.
The German goalkeeper had been with the Reds for two years before he was replaced by the Brazilian shot-stopper Alisson.
Karius was known for his errors in the 3:1 Champions League defeat to Real Madrid as he had wanted to correct his mistakes but he kept on making errors which gave the fans much to talk about in several matches.
After falling under Allison in Klopp’s pecking order he turned to Turkish football club when he featured in what the fans would regard as not so brightly debut for Besiktas in a 1-1 draw against Bursaspor.
However, Karius claimed that each time he goes out he normally sees people around who wants to take pictures with him.
And he is loving his stay in Turkey and ladies has become attracted to him often times.
“I did not have this many fans in England and I can say most seem to be female,” said Karius.
Karius also added:
“Whenever I am out and about in Istanbul whoever recognizes me wants a photograph.”
The 25-year-old will continue his first choice role as he returns to pick his gloves ahead of weekend clash.
