The experienced defender switched to the Emirates Stadium from La Liga side Malaga in 2013 and has been one of the best players in the team for more than five years.
Unai Emery will surely make move to renew his contract as he wouldn’t want to lose such an influential player in his team.
Danny Welbeck – 2019
The Englishman has witnessed a bittersweet experience at the North London club and he might be moving to another club in the next transfer market.
It remains unknown if the club are willing to renew his contract considering the fact he is a ‘homegrown talent’
He is currently behind Alexander Lacazette and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the pecking order, though, he’s expected to make some first-team appearances for the team when the Europa League competition begins next week.
Carl Jenkinson – 2020
The injured defender has two years left in his contract as it expires by 2020.
He might be allowed to leave the team before the end of this season as he appeared not to be in Emery’s plan for this campaign.
Laurent Koscielny – 2020
The French defender is presently on the sideline due to injury but he is reportedly set to return to full fitness in November.
His deal with the Gunners expires in two years time and Arsenal are not eager to extend the deal due to his age and his late injury crises.
