Jurgen Klopp’s men have made astonishing start to the season, picking up 12 points in four matches. They’ve shown resilience in forcing out wins and ensuring opponents doesn’t get on their way. This was evidently lacking last season.
Now that players have gone on break, it would be a very good opportunity for Klopp to take consideration about a few players that would help him even more.
According to report from Mirror, it was stated that VfB Stuttgart and world cup winner Benjamin Pavard has been linked to Liverpool after rejecting a claim that the 22-year-old had been offered to German Champions Bayern Munich.
Though Klopp has a sensational young talent in Trent Alexander-Arnold but Pavard appears to be even more meticulous and creative when compared.
Apart from winning the World Cup for his teammates, he also scored the best goal of the tournament against Argentina in the round 16 with a curve with his right foot outside the box that coiled it way into the back of the net.
One good reason that makes him a perfect match for Klopp’s ideal player is how he gets so fast in moving forward to support his team.
Pavard is not short of intelligence; he has passing accuracy of 80.4% and he’s also efficiently smart with the ball. Klopp could bring in the French right back to help the club win the much needed cup competitions.
