The Gunners are closer to completing a deal for Sampodria defensive midfielder Torreira as the club’s President confirmed that the Uruguayan is set to join the North London club.
Having parted ways with Jack Wilshere last week, Unai Emery is looking to add the defensive midfielder to his squad as the Englishman’s replacement.
