Inter Milan step up chase ahead of Arsenal and West Ham in the race to sign Barcelona midfielder.
Inter Milan have reportedly moved in pole position in the race to sign Rafinha.
The Defensive midfielder struggled for minutes at Barcelona and spent the second half of last season on loan at Inter and the Italian outfit are now said to be keen on him staying at the San Siro permanently.
