Cristiano Ronaldo’s speculated move to Old Trafford seems to be gaining weight day-by-day. The Portuguese star was first linked with a return to Old Trafford in 2015 but nothing material.
Since the 2015-16 season, the four-time Balon d’Or winner has always been linked back to the Theater of Dreams in every transfer periods.
Like all other transfer periods, the superstar is once again reported to be moving back to Old Trafford, where he would reunite with José Mourinho.
According to the Express, the Red Devils are on the verge of reaching an agreement with the Los Blancos over Ronaldo’s price tag. The media outlet suggest that Ronaldo is unhappy with the rumours linking Neymar to Santiago Bernabeu, therefore, he wants a return to the Premier League ahead of next season.
Ronaldo, 32, has been a constant performer for the Los Blancos since his big-money move to the Spanish Capital in 2009.
