Sporting Lisbon Playmaker Bruno Hernandez is reportedly hell-bent on departing the shores of Portugal this summer.
The Portuguese club have largely disappointed this campaign, finishing outside the Champions leagues and thus leaving the club’s supporters in disarray.
Many of the clubs supporters did not take such rapid regression lightly and citing reports from BBC sports, The club ultras launched attacks on the clubs players, leaving Dutch striker, Bas Dahot injured and many other players were reportedly visibly shaken at the horrific scenes.
And according to reports from Portuguese news outlet, O Jogo, Hernandez fears for his safety at the club and is desperate to leave this summer in the aftermath of the attacks.
The uncertainty hovering around the 23-year -old future has put interested suitors on alert over the possibility of tabling bids for a man who has plundered in a number of impressive contributions for the club.
Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly front-runners in the race for the midfielder, as both clubs look to add further creative reinforcements within their ranks.
It is also claimed both Premiership clubs are encouraged by Hernandez in apparent desperation to leave and would not be deterred by the 87 million pounds release clause in his contract.
