Marc Bartra has been linked with a move away from Borussia Dortmund in recent times, and there are new reports the German heavyweights are considering selling him.

According to news coming from Spain, Jose Mourinho’s Man United have been put on red alert as the Old Trafford club have been keeping tabs on the player at the Westfalenstadion.

Marc moved to Germany from Barcelona back in 2016 and he quickly settled to life at the club who paid £7million for his signature.

In his opening season at Borussia Dortmund, he was able to play 31 games for the club and he quickly became an important member of the Westfalenstadion.

However, since manager Peter Stoger took over as boss at the club in December, Bartra has lost his place in the starting XI and he keeps struggling for regular first-team actions until this moment.

Setien Wants Him So Bad

And according to Spanish news outlet Marca, La Liga side Real Betis are keen on signing the centre-back. The club’s boss Quique Setien is said to be very much determined to get Marc’s signature either on loan or permanently.

But Bigger Clubs Are In The Race

It was also added that there are other top European clubs interested in the Spain international – including Juventus, Manchester City and Manchester United.

Dortmund are considering cashing in on the Spanish defender, and it was made known that the aforementioned clubs have all expressed an interest in him this January.
