Mourinho close to agreeing new deal with Man United




Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly had to answer questions regarding his future with the club as a result of reports claiming that he is keen on a move away from the club.

The manager has often declared his commitment to the club and his desire to win trophies with them.Now according to reports Mourinho is close to signing a new deal with the Premier League giants. The reports say discussions regarding the new deal have been on for quite sometime with Ed Woodward (chief executive at Man united) pleased with the progress being made by the club since the Portuguese arrived.

The 54-year old signed for Man united in the summer of 2016 and won the EFL Cup, the Europa league as well as the FA community shield all in his first season.

The deal is set to be a 3-year extension with an increment on his reported £15 million a year salary.

Jose Mourinho ultimate goal at the moment is to win the Premier league title which would be his fourth and the 21st for the club. Although they are currently second on the table, Man united are 12 points behind rivals Man city and are believed to have given up on the league this season and are planning a better challenge next season.

Jose Mourinho might have suffered a lot of criticisms during his Man united tenure but they are very few managers better at the moment and this fact is clear to the board at the club hence their new deal offer.

Portuguese Super League giants Sporting Lisbon have demanded £70m from Manchester United for midfielder Bruno Fernandes according to the newest reports in the British media.

Bruno Fernandes has emerged as the top midfield target for Manchester United this summer.

According to the publication from the Daily Mirror, Sporting Lisbon have turned down a big offer from Manchester United.

It was revealed that the Portuguese giants are holding out for £70m for Bruno Fernandes.

The offer made by Manchester United is £50m which is still £20m short of the Sporting Lisbon valuation.

But According to the Independent United are confident of signing Fernandes to Old Trafford but deep down they know they would have to pay more than £50million to land the smart central midfielder.

It was also revealed that Fernandes himself is keen on making the transfer move to Old Trafford.

Manchester United are one player short in the midfield following the exit of Ander Herrera this summer, Bruno Fernandes could be the man to replace the Spanish international.

The Portuguese international star showed that he would be more than capable to replace Ander Herrera at Manchester United.

Ander Herrera spent five years at Old Trafford before leaving on a free transfer this summer.

He has joined French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) on a five-year deal until the end of the 2023/24 season.

Bruno Fernandes was in very good form for Sporting Lisbon last season and he can replicate the same form for the Red Devils in the new season.

He scored 32 goals and also added 18 assists in 53 appearances for Sporting Lisbon last season.

PL Club Agree £40m Deal For Man Utd Target



Premier League club West Ham United have agreed on a fee for Eintracht Frankfurt striker Sebastian Haller.

The agreement was confirmed by the German Bundesliga club earlier on Tuesday.

Eintracht Frankfurt also confirmed that the player is on his way for his medical with the Hammers.

The London giants agreed on a £40m deal for the French striker.

Sebastian Haller was previously linked with a move to three-time European champions Manchester United as a possible replacement for striker Romelu Lukaku.

Belgian international Lukaku is said to be closing in on a move to Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan after agreeing to personal terms with the San Siro outfit.

Manchester United will have to look for a replacement for Lukaku elsewhere with the Hammers close to solving their striking problems with the signing of Sebastian Haller.

West Ham United have tried to sign many striking targets this season especially Celta Vigo striker Maxi Gomez.

The Hammers were unable to get the Maxi Gomez deal over the line.

Sebastian Haller will be the direct replacement for Marko Arnautovic at West Ham after the Austrian international sealed a £23m deal to China earlier this summer.

He scored 20 goals and also provided 12 assists for Eintracht Frankfurt in all competitions last season.

Arsenal Will Release Laurent Koscielny On One Condition



North London giants Arsenal will release wantaway defender Laurent Koscielny this summer on one condition according to Sky Sports.

Arsenal skipper Laurent Koscielny has been down tooled at the club after he was not granted his request to leave the club on a free transfer this summer.

The French international refused to embark on the preseason tour of the United States (US) with the rest of the Arsenal squad.

Sky Sports revealed that Arsenal officials will only let Laurent Koscielny leave the club if their terms are met.

The Frenchman has one year left on his current deal at Arsenal and senior club officials will demand a sizeable fee for him from interested clubs.

French Ligue 1 sides like Lyon, Bordeaux and Rennes are all keen on the Arsenal skipper who has been made to train with the Arsenal youth team as a consequence of his action.

The club has also opened disciplinary proceedings against him due to his no show for the aforementioned US tour.

Laurent Koscielny has been at Arsenal for nine years having joined the club in the summer of 2010.

Since his transfer from Lorient to Arsenal nine years ago, the French defender has made 255 Premier League appearances for the Gunners.

Spurs In Talks To Re-sign Man Utd Target In €60m Deal

Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly in talks to sign one of their former players Gareth Bale.

According to trusted Spanish newspaper Marca, Spurs are in talks with Real Madrid to sign Gareth Bale in a deal could be as much as €60m.

It was revealed that both clubs will share the salary of the Welsh international.

Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid will share the player’s wages at 50-50.

The Real Madrid forward has three years left on his current deal and his agent Jonathan Barrett had earlier said that Bale wants to honour his contract despite being transfer-listed.

Real Madrid are keen to sell some of their unwanted players like Gareth Bale to raise funds this summer after their transfer splurge in May and June.

Gareth Bale was a Tottenham Hotspur player until the summer of 2013 when he joined the Los Merengues on the back of a stellar season at the club.

Tottenham Hotspur received a then world-record fee of £85.3m for the player who snubbed the advances of Manchester United.

The North London club has uncharacteristically spent money this summer and former player Bale could be the next player to sign this summer.

Spurs have already spent a club-record £63m on midfielder Tanguy Ndombele whom they signed from Lyon this summer.

Inter Milan To Make New Bid For Romelu Lukaku

Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan will reportedly make a new bid for Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku this week.

This is according to Sky Sports which claimed that the Nerazzurri are still trying to reach an agreement with Manchester United who are open to the idea of letting Lukaku leave the club this summer as long as their valuation is met.

Lukaku is a top transfer target for Inter Milan manager Antonio Conte following his appointment earlier this summer.

The Belgian international star has already agreed on personal terms with Inter Milan and he’s waiting for the two clubs to reach an agreement on the transfer fee.

According to the aforementioned publication, Inter Milan will offer £60m plus bonuses this week.

Conte has been a long-term admirer of Lukaku whom he tried to sign for Chelsea during his time at Stamford Bridge.

Romelu Lukaku was on the books at Chelsea before he left on a permanent deal to fellow Premier League club Everton.

Conte wanted to bring him back to the club but he was unsuccessful after Lukaku joined Manchester United in 2017.

The Red Devils paid £75m for his transfer and he has scored 42 goals in all competitions since his move to Old Trafford.

Manchester United Have Made An Offer Of €55m For Top Target

Three-time European champions Manchester United have made an offer for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes according to respected journalist Nicolo Schira.

According to the Italian media personnel, Manchester United have offered €55m for the Portuguese international.

It was also revealed that he will double his wages at Manchester United if the Red Devils are able to secure his transfer from Sporting Lisbon.

Bruno Fernandes has been offered a contract worth €6m on a yearly basis which is a significant improvement on his €3m annual salary at Sporting Lisbon at the moment.

His current salary is around £56,000 on a weekly basis.

It remains to be seen whether Portuguese Super League giants Sporting will accept the €55m bid for their player.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen to have the deal wrapped up swiftly as he prepares his team for a tough Premier League opener.

Solskjaer and Manchester United will face Chelsea in the opening game of the season for the two teams.

Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes was in very good form for his club last season and that led to serious interests from the major clubs in Europe.

Barcelona Reopen Talks To Sign €30m Rated Liverpool Target



Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona have reopened talks for Real Betis defender Junior Firpo according to the latest media reports in Spain.

The Catalan giants want to sign a left-back competition for first choice Jordi Alba.

According to Spanish media outlet Mundo Deportivo, the five-time European champions have reopened talks for Junior Firpo who’s rated at around €30m.

The Real Betis left-back has also been linked with Champions League holders Liverpool.

The Reds are in the market for a left-back replacement for Alberto Moreno who left the club this summer after his contract at Liverpool came to an end.

Alberto Moreno signed a five-year contract upon his transfer from Spanish La Liga club Sevilla in 2014 and that contract ended this summer.

The 26-year-old has since joined another Spanish outfit Villarreal this summer on a free transfer.

Junior Firpo had a very good season for Real Betis in the last campaign and his best game was against Barcelona.

He scored and also provided an assist as Barcelona stunned Real Betis 4-3 at the Nou Camp in one of their league meetings last season.

Junior Firpo was recently part of the Spanish u-21 team that won the European Championship in Italy and San Marino.

PSG Turn Down Swap Deal For Chelsea Target



French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have turned down a swap deal for star player Neymar according to the latest reports from the Spanish media.

Chelsea target Neymar wants to return to Barcelona this summer after two years in Paris.

According to the specific report from Spanish publication AS, PSG are adamant that Neymar won’t leave the club this summer for anything less than the €222m (£200m).

Barcelona offered €40m plus the attacking duo of Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele and it was rejected by PSG immediately.

Coutinho and Dembele have not been able to light up the Nou Camp since their respective big money transfers to Barcelona.

Philippe Coutinho signed for Barcelona from Premier League club Liverpool at the start of last year, while Ousmane Dembele joined the Catalans from German Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund.

Barcelona are willing to let the two players join PSG in exchange for Neymar who has publicly admitted that he should not have left the Nou Camp in 2017.

He became the most expensive player in world football after PSG activated the €222m release clause in his then contract at Barcelona.

Since his move to Paris, Neymar has scored 51 goals for his French club.
