Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi is close to a move to Spanish side Sevilla according to reports.
The Belgian international has been keen on a move away from Chelsea in order to get game time at the World Cup approaches.
According to these reports, the 24-year old is now close to a loan move to Sevilla.
The Spanish side have been interested in a move for the former Marseille since the window opened and are now said to get their man for the rest of the season.
While the deal on his own is close to being finalised there are reports that Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will only sanction a move if a replacement is brought in.
The Blues are looking to bring West Ham United forward Andy Carroll to Stamford Bridge also on a loan deal for the rest of the season.
The general belief is that, if a move for Carroll is successful, Batshuayi will be allowed to join Sevilla.
The Premier League Champions are also interesting in Red Star Belgrade’s Ghanaian center forward Richmond Boakye – although a summer move looks a lot more achievable.
Chelsea’s need for attacking reinforcements is as a result of their struggle in recent times as they have gone 4 straight matches without a win and 3 without a goal – a run of 2 wins in their last 7 matches.
