It is no longer news that Manchester United are interested in signing Paris Saint Germain winger Lucas Moura.
The Brazilian has been frozen out at PSG and has failed to get a league start this season.
This prompted an interest from the record Premier League champions who are known to be interested in bolstering their attack this month.
A deal however has hit a snag, as the Manchester giants are looking to sign the 25-year old on loan for the rest of the season with an option to make the move permanent but the Ligue 1 leaders are only interested in a permanent deal as they look to bring in some money from transfers out of the club after their record-breaking summer transfers of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
But in a major boost to Man United, the Brazilian international has revealed he is ready to leave France.
“It feels like the end of a story for me unfortunately,” he said in an interview. “Can I stay? It will be very difficult. Manchester United? There are topics I cannot talk about. English football I like a lot, it is the most competitive championship.”
His recent comments might force the hands of PSG but United’s interest in Alexis Sanchez might scupper any move for Moura unless manager Jose Mourinho is looking to bring the 2 attackers in this month.
