20-year old Watford attacker Richarlison has taken the Premier League by storm this season.
The £11 million summer signing from Brazilian Fluminense has done impressively well for The Hornets this season and has adapted to English football faster than expected.
London clubs Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have all been linked with the Brazilian earlier in the season and despite a drop in form, the former two are being reported to be back in for the player.
The reports say the London rivals are in talks with Richarlison’s agent Renato Velasco to discuss a potential summer move.
At the moment there is little known about the discussions – as no offers have been made for the player who signed a 5-year deal with The Vicarage Road club in the summer.
Both clubs (Arsenal and Chelsea) are in need of attacking reinforcements – with Arsenal set to lose both Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil in the coming months and Chelsea lacking goal scoring edge in recent weeks – and the young Richarlison could very well prove to be a very good signing for either side.
Richarlison’s much talked about early season form has seen him score 5 goals and provide 6 assists for Watford this season with some very colourful displays on show.Given the financial strength of most English teams and the insane transfer fees in the football world in recent times, any deal for the youngster will most likely be an expensive one.
