Manchester United are looking sign Brazilian Fabinho in the summer but could face competition from Italian giants Juventus.
Reports from Italy say Man United are seriously keen on signing the Monaco player in the summer but will now have to faceoff with the Turin club for his signature.
Fabinho was heavily linked with a move away from the Principality club but a deal never materialized with Man United mentioned.
The reports further explained that the battle for Fabinho is a straight tug between Juventus and Manchester United. It also said, Man United have been monitoring the player since the summer with a view of signing him next year.
Fabinho can play at right-back and in midfield and was strongly touted as a possible target for Man United last summer to cover in both positions that appeared not to be stocked at the club.
The 24-year old has scored two goals and provided one assist in 16 appearances for Monaco in the league this season as the club struggles with the mass exodus of players in the summer.
Man United on their part are seeking moves for more attacking players in the January window and so seems to rule out an early move for the Brazilian.
