Premier League Champions Chelsea are keen on signing a youngster from Romania, but they may have to pay massively to secure his signature, as they seek the right player to partner with Belgium international Eden Hazard up front.
Florinel Coman could be just the man Chelsea needs, The wonderkid who has been brilliant lately has been attracting clubs all over Europe. He was signed by Steaua Bucharest in the summer but just after they battled off interest from Portuguese side Benfica.
As per The Sun, the flying winger has a £88million buyout clause – although Chelsea might well be able to pay less than that to land him, given he only cost Steaua just £2million back in August.
The natural left-sided player still appears to be a very raw talent, but his speed and trickery skills would refresh a Chelsea attack that has two of it’s first team members – Willian and Pedro Rodriguez aging – entering their 30s and requiring refreshment over the coming League seasons.
While Pedro and Willian both offer massive experience and have performed great for the West London club since they joined, neither has played well consistently this season, and the side should always be trying to upgrade their attacking line and sign someone with the potential to reach Eden Hazard’s level.
