Paris Saint Germain are plotting move for Genoa youngster Pietro Pellegri amid interest from Manchester United, according to reports.
The 16-year-old has been tipped to become the next big thing in Italy and Europe, following his brilliant display with Genoa, netting three goals in the Italian Serie A, sparking interest from a couple of clubs in Europe, with reports of intense scouting over the last few months.
Manchester United are said to be keen admirers of the youngster, but will have to beat intense competition from the likes of Chelsea, AC Milan and Juventus. It is believed that the Genoa will do business for a deal between € 30 and € 40 million.
There are reports that Genoa will hold on to Pellegri until their valuation for the player is met despite the astronomical figures slapped for his signature.
Reports in Italian outlet, Calciomercato claim that Paris Saint Germain who have been actively involved in transfers since the last summer window, are believed to be keen on luring Pellegri with a mouthwatering offer, that could eclipse offers from other clubs.
Manchester United have also done well this summer, bringing a depth of young talents to the Old Trafford as they look to build their academy for the future.
