Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic has revealed why he loves playing alongside Paul Pogba as the midfielder recovers from a hamstring injury.
The Serbian arrived at the Old Trafford last summer window from Chelsea after weeks of speculation and has been a standout performer with the Red Devils, striking a formidable partnership with Pogba who had earlier been criticised due to his lack-lustre performances in his debut season at United.

Matic has now explained reason why he and the Frenchman have been an integral part of United’s squad, the former Blues midfielder said: ‘He is a great player, if you see how he works every day in the training sessions, the games he played didn’t surprise me – that he played well, that he scored goals. ‘He doesn’t have the credit that he deserves. I don’t know why.
‘But I really enjoy playing with him, and I am sure that we will continue like this.
Paul Pogba is currently on holiday in the United States of America as he hopes to recover from a hamstring injury which is termed as a long term injury by Jose Mourinho. The midfielder has been spotted relaxing with friends in California while his United teammates continue in their impressive form in the Premier League.
