Starlink has been told to stop Russian news sources 

SpaceX boss Elon Musk has revealed that some states have been advising Starlink satellite to obstruct Russian news sources.

Musk also said that it wasn't Ukraine who told Russia to stop broadcasting their news

However, Musk said in a tweet that "We won't do as such except if at 'gunpoint', sorry to be a free discourse absolutist”,

Musk told press that SpaceX has prioritized digital security over signal reliability,

meaning there will be slight setbacks for the company's plans in both areas.

Additionally, Musk had likewise tweeted: "Significant admonition: Starlink is the main non-Russian correspondences framework actually working in certain pieces of Ukraine, so the likelihood of being focused on is high. If it's not too much trouble, use with an alert,"

On Friday, Russia restricted Facebook and a few different sites. They also passed legislation that gave Moscow more power to take action against free news-casting
